Features:
- Replacement fuse for Nintendo Game Boy Color
- Replace the fuses in position F1 or F2 on the motherboard.
- Can resolve common issues normally where the console is not powering on.
- Requires internal soldering.
- Includes 2 fuses in each pack.
Description:
If your Game Boy is no longer powering on you should first check for continuity of the two fuses in the positioned labelled F1 and F2.
These uses may blow for a number of reasons including when you are trying to repair or modify a console.
Replacing them requires soldering on two sides of the fuse, these are not as small as some fuses which makes them slightly easier to solder, but care should still be taken to install these, if your not confident in soldering practice on junk electronics or ask something else to solder it for you.
Keeping some on hand is a must, bridging the fuse position is not recommended, the fuses are in place to protect the rest of the mainboard against surges of power etc.
