Description:

The IPS LCD mod for Atari Lynx replaces the original tube lit screen to provide a sharper and brighter image on your old handheld, plus improved viewing angles.

Battery life is also increased thanks to the low power consumption of then LCD panel and driver board.

A 3D Printed bracket is included in the kit for easy alignment of the new screen.

It is generally recommended that you re-cap your Lynx and confirm it is functioning correctly before installing the LCD Kit.

Compatible with all Atari Lynx 2 consoles except on variant with motherboard motherboard model number C104129-001. If you have this specific model you can use the Atari Lynx model 1 LCD and driver board with a Lynx 2 printed bracket, contact us if you require this version.

This kit can be installed with no soldering, however, if you are comfortable soldering and want to add the additional functions for brightness control & scan lines, then one wire can be soldered to activate these.

mal no me funciono en ninguna de las 2 lynx 2

primero la puse en 2 de las lynx 2 que tengo y no funciona lo sale pantalla con todo bien puesto probado en 2 lynx varias veces y nada el brillo en la ruleta no hace nada cuando parece que se ve algo es muy raro igual esta pantalla que me llego esta mal no lo se. tampoco queda bien centrada en la pantalla exterior en uno de los estrenos se ve el pláteado del hierro protector de la pantalla y queda muy muy feo supongo que es problema de la impresión 3d negra que me llego que esta mal de medida otra cosa que le pasa que se despega la placa de la pantalla y se mueve al estar pegado con cinta doble cara bastante mal todo esto por 84€ no me parece muy buen producto. mi pregunta es que pasa ahora con mi pantalla tiene garantía me mandas otra pierdo el dinero. espero respuesta a todo esto y solucion

Great product with a slight glitch

Great product which arrived quickly. What a night and day difference between original screen and this one. Given my Atari Lynx 2 a new lease of life.
One question though, the screen motherboard has come unstuck from the lcd screen.
Can one use double-sided sellotape to stick it back?
