Good Sticks, So-So D-Pad

The analog sticks are great quality and are a good match for the OEM sticks on an original white Xbox 360 controller. The D-Pad is also a good match and of the same quality plastic, but it's missing the tabs to seat it correctly in the socket, relying solely on the screw posts to keep it in place. In my opinion, this makes an already subpar D-Pad experience slightly worse.
