These are the motherboard side spring contacts which require soldering, the old ones will also need desoldering and removing with desoldering wick.
These are ideal for replacing dirty, corroded or rusty contacts that often get damaged from old leaking batteries.
Note soldering is required to install this product, you will need a soldering iron, solder and desoldering wick, flux is also helpful to make it easier to flow the solder.
