This battery is an ideal replacement for expired battery packs that no longer hold a good charge, it is also suitable for a Game Boy Macro (modified DS Lite console)

The MegaBat 800 capacity is a true capacity and 200mah smaller than the specifications printed original Nintendo battery cell (Original Nintendo 1000mah Helder replacement 800mah).

Whilst the capacity is smaller, it is in most cases significantly better than many third party battery replacements which list a fake capacity on the label, offering for example 1000mah but performing at 100-200MAH.

Using this battery is exactly the same as using an original, charging is done using the same wall chargers or USB cables, there is no adapter or special charger, and no change in the way you turn on or use your console.

The battery is plug and play, you will need a small philips screwdriver to undo the battery cover screw, then simply pop out the old battery, insert the new one, and resecure cover and play.

Please note: This battery pack is only compatible with Nintendo DS Lite, it will not fit the original DS or other models.
