Description: 

A replacement power & reset switch for PS2 Slim can resolve intermittent or faulty power buttons or lid closure detection.

The board is compatible with the following PS2 slim models: SCPH 7000X, 7500X & 7700X. The X in the model numbers is reserved for regional codes and can be any number e.g. SCPH 70002

This modular part requires internal fitting and a low level of electronics skills, no soldering is needed, the part is plug and play once the old part is accessible.

Power switch board only, connecting ribbon cable not included, the original ribbon can in most cases be used unless damaged during the repair or otherwise faulty.

A Philips cross head screwdriver size #1 is needed to open the console (not included).
