How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on this page, any other contact form on our website or directly via emailing support@zedlabz.com
Please include your order number and or your delivery address in your email along so that we can locate your order status as quickly as possible.
You should receive an automatic message confirming receipt of your email, please check your spam if you do not see this.
Please send only one request assuming you have received confirmation that we have your email.

We pick and ship orders quickly so there is a short time window to make a cancellation during our business hours, we continually monitor our support email throughout the day for any requests to change an order including cancellation.
Once an order has been handed over to one of our shipping partners we will not be able to cancel your order for you.
Can I amend my order?
We may be able to make changes to make minor changes to your order for you within a short time period, or cancel the order so that you can reorder with the required changes.

We prioritise requests for changes and cancellations and will do everything we can to accomodate, we will respond to you via email to advise on what we can do to help.
We ship orders quickly so it is important to contact us as soon as possible with any requests, if we cannot make the change for you and your order has not yet been shipped, we may offer you the option to cancel the order so that you can reorder it with the required changes.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible with any issues you have with the address you provided.

Please include your order number and or address you provided when you ordered so that we can put a hold on your order if possible whilst we support your request to make changes.
Once an order has been shipped it is not normally possible to request an address change with the shipping carrier, you may be able to make a in flight request with the final carrier depending on the services they offer, see the below section "How can i redirect by parcel"
How can I redirect my parcel?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change a delivery address once the order has been shipped and handled over to a shipping partner, most couriers do not support in flight address changes, but other in flight options are being added by different companies over time, you may be able to make a request via the tracking page of the company that will make the delivery to you, such as delivery to a neighbour, safe place or collection point, . Not all carriers offer enhanced options in transit, you may not be able to make any changes once it is shipped.

Emails relating to order changes and cancellations are prioritised to ensure we can meet as many requests for changes as possible.
