Yes. The Hunter 360 is designed for Xbox 360 (original, S and E) and PC, using a 2.4GHz wireless connection via the included dongle. It works with the standard Xbox 360 system, no firmware setup beyond plugging the dongle in.
Can I get HDMI out of an Xbox 360 with a cable?
Original Xbox 360 launch units used the AV multi-out and supported HDMI from a hardware revision later in the cycle. Xbox 360 S and E include HDMI out as standard. If your Xbox 360 has an HDMI port on the back, a standard HDMI cable connects it directly to a modern TV.
Are Xbox 360 controllers backwards compatible?
